Our History.

In 1994, Elaine Dodson began Mexico Sacred Journey Retreats, bringing women, groups and individuals to relax, rejuvenate and regenerate in the holistic village of Tepotzlan. For over 40 years, Elaine’s mission has been to empower women in body, mind and spirit.

Each July she hosts an annual “Goddess Gathering” bringing together women from all over the world to restore their vision, share their spirit and celebrate the power of the Divine Feminine. In the Fall, she and Eduardo Morales guide groups through a “Spiritual Rebirthing” during Mexico’s famous Day of the Dead celebrations.

Each retreat has a different theme and intention, so many women have come back and back, as each time we come back, our journey takes us to a deeper level, expanding our individual and collective awareness of our beauty, wellness, personal power and journey with the Divine.

We do this through transformational gatherings and experiences in Mexico and Dallas, and our prayers and support for each other have proven to help each of us in living our daily lives to be more present, secure, and confident.
